The MediSan enquiry form asks for your name, business name, work email and an optional message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the cleaning service you need.

Please keep patient information out.

Do not send patient names, medical records, health information or other confidential clinical material. This is a business-enquiry form.

How the form is handled

On the deployed Netlify website, submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and made available to the site owner. Netlify also applies spam filtering. See Netlify's privacy policy for information about its processing.

In a local preview, the website does not send form submissions. A preview message explains this when you try to submit.

Questions about your information

You can use the enquiry form to ask about an earlier submission or request its removal. Write “Privacy request” in the message without including sensitive information.

Website features

This draft does not include analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or third-party font requests. Fonts and images are served with the website.
